At what point is Assassin’s Creed Valhalla beat? The credits never roll…

Just sharing this in the event you come across the question like I did.

I received the quest that lead to the final Order member clue after completing all territories (including the 2 from the witch doctor and return to Norway), upgraded the settlement to level 5 (‘A New Home’ quest is still outstanding), and had killed all the other Order members and Zealots. Throughout the game I turned in Order medallions to Hytham and was up to the one where you turn in the last 15. Have only completed about 5 contracts so ‘Viking for Hire’ is incomplete.
